Allen K. Dimmlich

Allen K Dimmlich age 78, passed away Wednesday March 22, 2023 at Wellstar hospital in Roswell Georgia surrounded by family and friends. 

Allen was born on June 21, 1944 to Walter and Beverly Dimmlich in Ohio. Allen was a police officer in Cincinnati Ohio and was an umpire for softball. He went to work for United Parcel Service from 6-6-66 to 2-2-02 starting in Ohio and eventually moving into the corporate headquarters in Atlanta Georgia. Allen enjoyed his employment and was a wonderful provider for his family.

Al was an amazing man with a heart of gold. He brought a smile to anyone he came in contact with and he never met a stranger. He loved his wife and four children with all his heart. Al enjoyed going to eat at new and different restaurants, traveling, and playing poker with friends. He was a member of the world famous Beret Club and by far the best player in his monthly poker game. He loved to be surrounded by family and was a beloved grandfather to ten grandkids. Al will be dearly missed but NEVER EVER forgotten!

Allen is survived by his loving wife Donah Dimmlich and his four children and their spouses:
Christopher Dimmlich (Paola), Scot Dimmlich (Diana), Jason Dimmlich (Leeann), and Sondra Fox (James). Allen is also dearly loved by his ten grandchildren:
Logan Fox, Kyle Fox, Lindsay Dimmlich, Sydnie Dimmlich, Michael Dimmlich, Lydia Dimmlich, Haley Fox, Joshua Negron, Lillian Dimmlich, and Isabelle Dimmlich.
