Allison Bailey Hughes

Allison Bailey Hughes, age 27, of Cumming, was called home on July 20, 2023, to be with our Father in Heaven.  Allison was a proud and loving mother of two beautiful children.  She was always taking care of others and putting them before herself.  She was an amazing daughter, mother, granddaughter, and friend.  Allison is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Bill Hughes and Kathryn Patterson Hughes; maternal grandfather, William R. Lewis; paternal uncle, Jeff Hughes.

She is survived by her beautiful daughter, Ensley Grayson Lew; her amazing son, Everett Alexander Hughes; parents, Douglas R. Hughes and Anita L. Hughes; sister, Rachel L. Hughes; maternal grandmother, Hilda P. Bennett (Gummy); aunts and uncles, Angelia Archer, Lisa Moore, Andrea and Bill Howard, Dennis and Kelli Hughes; many cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 26^th , 2023, at 3:00 PM, at Hopewell Baptist Church in Milton, with Rev. Joey Henderson and Rev. Lee Gaddis officiating.  The interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 25th, from the hours of 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM and again on Wednesday, from 9:00 AM until 2:30 PM.
