Andrew “Andy” William Carrano

Andrew “Andy” William Carrano, 83, Devoted Husband, Dad-Doo,  Pap-Pap died May 13, 2023 peacefully at home in Chestnut Mountain, Ga.

He is reunited in death with his Wife Of 58 years, Carol Ann Carrano and survived by his Daughter, Best Friend Angela Carrano Rogers, Son in law, Ed Rogers, and his Pride &  Joy Grandson, Cooper Andrew Rogers. He will be reunited with his Mother, Louise Carrano, and Father, Costabil Carrano 

Andy was born in Wilmerding, Pennsylvania. He was a hero that worked his whole life to protect people. 

In his over 35 years of Law Enforcement in Ohio, he worked as a Deputy Sheriff for Summit County, owned his own Security company, protected people against gang violence throughout the country while working for Simon malls, and finished his career at Sterling to work amongst his best friends.  He only retired 12 years ago to watch his Beloved Grandson grow up.  His family was his world.  There is no doubt that he was a one of a kind man and there will never be another like him.  To the world you may be one person, but to your family you are the world!  We love you always!
