Angela Martin Blusiewicz

Angela Martin Blusiewicz, beloved wife, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and cousin.

Angela passed away peacefully at home on May 21, 2024 to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her father, Benjamin Grady Martin.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Phil Blusiewicz; mother, Ellen Martin; brother,David Martin (Nancy); brothers-in-law, Gene Blusiewicz (Cathy) and Steve Blusiewicz (LouAnn);nephews, Scott Blusiewicz and Andrew Blusiewicz (Frannie); nieces, Robin Kirby (Chip) and Lindsay Taylor (Steve); grand nieces, (Charlotte and Emery Kirby); grand nephew, Elijah Taylor and numerous cousins.

She was born in Alpharetta, Georgia on December 4, 1957 and attended First Baptist Church of Alpharetta while growing up.  She graduated from Milton High School in 1976 and then from North Georgia College with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1980.

She then began working at St. Joseph’s Hospital and eventually moved on to McKesson until retirement.

She enjoyed traveling to many destinations, both domestic and international.  Her hobbies included crafting (crocheting, knitting, sewing), ballroom dancing and hiking.  She utilized her crafting skills to knit items for premature babies to support the Newborns in Need organization.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 28, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dean Ropp officiating. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery in Roswell.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
