Barbara Sue Pruitt

Barbara Sue Pruitt, age 75, passed away on Monday, February 28, 2023.

Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.

She was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church where she loved and was loved by her church family.

She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them any chance she could. She was an avid reader and shared her love of reading with her family.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents R.C. and Emmie Hubbard, brothers Donnie, Rick and Cleon, and niece Melanie Hubbard.

She is survived by her two daughters Karen (Tom) Johnson and Wendy Pruitt. She had two beloved grandchildren Jennifer (Andrew) Grindle and Steven (Emily) Johnson. She enjoyed spoiling her four great-grandchildren: Nevaeh, Ellie, Reagan and Maverick; siblings Peggy Buice and David Hubbard and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 4, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA with Rev. Donnie Nix and Rev. Garry English officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until to hour of service.
