Benjamin Franklin Wilson, Jr.

Benjamin Franklin Wilson, Jr. went to be with his Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, July 10, 2019 in Alpharetta, Ga. He was born in Valdosta, Ga. on February 24, 1944, and was the son of the late Benjamin Franklin Wilson, Sr. and Margaret Evelyn Wetherington of North Atlanta, Ga. He is survived by his brother, George Aaron Wilson (Janet), of Dunwoody, Ga., and his sister, Sandra Wilson Bates (Larry) of Alpharetta, Ga. He had no children, but leaves behind nephews and nieces; Mike Wilson (Amanda) of Villa Rica, Ga., Pam Allen (Hugh) of Mllton, Ga., Melanie Johnson (Rhett) of Acworth, Ga., Beverly Hughes (Jeff) of Murrayville, Ga., Russell Bates of Alpharetta, Ga., and many great and great-great nieces and nephews. He was a veteran of the US Air Force (1965-1969) and served in Okinawa, Japan. He worked in the aeronautical business his entire life and traveled worldwide.
