Bernarda Hernandez, 55, of Cumming, Georgia passed away on July 21st, 2013 at Northside Hospital Forsyth.

The family will be receiving friends and family at the funeral home on Friday, July 26th, 2013 from the hours of 5-9pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 27th, 2013 at 12:00 noon at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Cumming, Georgia. Interment to follow at Sawnee View Gardens Cemetery, Cumming, Georgia.
