Bernice Ray Tallant

Bernice Ray Tallant, age 93 a lifelong resident of Forsyth County, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. She retired from Tyson Foods and loved it, making many friends there. She always said "thank you " to everyone. She and her late sister, Bobbie loved quilting. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Tallant. Survivors include her children, Margaret Tallant and Benny Tallant both of Cumming; daughter-in-law, Martha Tallant of Cumming; brothers and sisters-in-law, Perry and Stella Ray of Cumming, Brice and Judy Ray of Mountain Park; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 3 great -great granddaughters. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 13th at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Orr and Rev. Pete Martin officiating. Interment will follow in Holbrook Campground Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Thursday from 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Friday from 10:00 am until hour of the service.
