Bert Glisson Morrow

Bert Glisson Morrow, 70, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2014, at his residence in Jasper, GA.

Born January 4, 1944, in Atlanta, GA, he was preceded in death by his parents: John Lewis Morrow and Mildred Rucker Morrow, and his brother, John Dewey Morrow.

Bert was a loving husband, father, uncle and friend and was loved by all. Bert worked as an Engineer for Lucent Technologies for 36 years.

Survivors include his wife, Paula Morrow of Jasper, GA; brother, Richard Morrow (Winifred); son, Steve Morrow (Gemma); daughter, Tammy Romaniello (Frank); daughter, Bradie Metz (Brandon), and four (4) grandchildren (Lucas and Caylee Romaniello, Cheyanne Metz and Grayson Morrow).

At his request, Bert was cremated. To all his friends and family who would like to attend a celebration of his life, please come by Community Christian Fellowship, 127 Sanders Road, Jasper, GA 30143, between 2-5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2014.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations be made to the epilepsy foundation in Bert''s honor.
