Bettie Barton Vickers

Bettie Barton Vickers, age 82 of Calhoun, formerly of Forsyth County, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2014. She was a member of Midway United Methodist Church in Alpharetta. Survivors include her husband, John H. Vickers, III of Calhoun; sons and daughters-in-law, John H. and Nancy Vickers, IV of Dahlonega, Patrick Barton and Crystal Vickers of Calhoun; grandchildren, Stacey Satterfield, Robert Patrick Vickers, Lee Vickers, Katie Ford; 6 great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives also survive. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 30th at 11:00 am at Midway United Methodist Church with Dr. Mike Cash, Rev. Stacey Hanson and Rev. Nancy Meeker officiating. Interment will follow in Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
