Betty Ann Bolton Glover, 81, a lifelong resident of Forsyth County passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022. Betty Ann was a loving wife, mother and Grammy. She was a Godly, sassy, stylish and spunky independent lady. Betty Ann is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Carroll Glover; infant sons, Steven Jimmy Glover and Christopher James Glover; parents, John Egbert and Alma Ree Munda Bolton; brothers and sisters, Ruby Mae (M.L.) Hamby, James Edward Bolton, Talmadge Wesley (Eulene) Bolton, Bobby John Bolton, Sara Lee Cloud and Billy Lewis Bolton; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Leila Bell (Robert) Burley, Catherine (Gordan) Patterson, Carolyn (Marcus) Moon and William Durham.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Amye and Greg Melton; son and daughter-in-law, John and Tabatha Glover; grandchildren, Wesley and Ashley Melton, Savannah Melton, Hunter Glover, Anna Glover; great grandchild, Bentley Melton; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bob Cloud, Robert (Marie) Glover, Janis Durham; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 30, at 2:00 p.m. at Coal Mountain Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Martin, Rev. Larry Vaughan and Rev. Ruel Martin officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
