Betty Jane Samples

Betty Jane Samples, age 71, of Cumming, GA, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019. Betty was born in 1947, to Harley and Willene Lee. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. She was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She is preceded in death by her father, Harley Lee; step-father, Dillard Jones; and brothers, Doug and Don Jones.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Larry Stephen Samples; sons and daughter-in-law, Brad and Kim Samples, and Jason Samples; mother, Willene Jones Mama Lene; sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Larry Bradford, and Shelia and Tony Garrett; several nieces and nephews; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Mrs. Samples will be heldMonday, May 6, 2019, at 1:00 p.m.at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Cumming, GA with Rev. Doug Carnes, Rev. Tommy Weldy and Rev. Tim Pruitt officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. andon Monday, from 9:00 a.m.until the hour of service.
