Bill Bolton, age 60, of Cumming, passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2014. Bill was a member of Coal Mountain Baptist Church. For 41 years, he worked for and then later became the president of Bolton Truck Parts. Bill was involved in the Boy Scouts. He was also the charter president of the Forsyth County Jaycees. Bill served as the director, regional director, and vice president of the Georgia Jaycees. He loved NASCAR and Bar-B-Que. He will always be remembered as a loving father and brother. He is preceded in death by his parents, Egbert and Alma Bolton; brothers, James and Bobby Bolton; sister, Ruby Mae Hamby; brother-in-law, Jimmy Glover; sister-in-law, Eulene Bolton. Survivors include his wife, Tara Bolton of Cumming; children, Jonathan and Lindsey Bolton of Alpharetta, Allison Bolton of Marble, NC, Abbey Bolton of Cumming; sisters and brother-in-law, Betty Ann Glover of Cumming, Sara and Bob Cloud of Cumming; brother, Talmadge Bolton of Cumming; brother-in-law, Manyard Hamby of Cumming. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 11:00 AM. at Coal Mountain Baptist Church with Rev. Ruel Martin, Rev. Danny Ray Martin, and Rev. T.C. Hubbard officiating. The internment will follow at the Coal Mountain Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral on Friday, June 13, from 2:00 PM. until 4:00 PM., and again from 6:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help assist the family with the funeral arrangements. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
