Bobbie "Barbara" Johns, age 65, of Cumming, passed away Monday, November 4, 2013. She was a member of Safe Harbor Church of God of Prophecy. She was preceded in death by her son, Benny Johns; mother, Marie Smith; father, Calvin Cole. Survivors include her husband of 50 years Rev. Barney Johns of Cumming; daughter and son-in-law, Charlina and Mark Bryson of Cumming; siblings, Jeanette Cole of Lithonia, Brenda and Jerry York of Lithonia, Shelia Simpson of Lithonia, Eddie Cole of Lithonia, Elaine Dishroom of Cumming, Deborah Simonds of Cumming; stepfather, Robert Smith of Cumming; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Betty Hornbeek of FL, Becky and Jim Arbogast of AL, Bonita and Jerry Dotten of FL; grandchildren, Daniel Bryson, Amanda Hurt; great grandchildren, Mason, Tilton, and Elana Hurt. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 6th at 3:00 pm at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Arbogast and Rev. Bo Turner Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 5th, from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Wednesday, November 6th, from 1:00 pm until the hour of service.
