Bruce Edward Ellis

Bruce Edward Ellis, age 57, of Cumming, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at his home in Cumming, GA, after a long illness. Bruce was born on December 19th, 1956 in Stamford, Connecticut to the late Raymond C. Ellis and Louise (Harvey) Ellis. After graduation from Rippowam High School, he worked for General Electric Credit Corporation in the IT department in Stamford and transferred to Atlanta, GA. He later worked for United Parcel Service also in the IT Department. He was the beloved husband of Judy (Sterland) Ellis for 14 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his brother, Robert Ellis and his wife Bette of Seymour, CT; his sister Kathi Ellis of Binghampton, NY; 2 neices, Karen Ellis of Norwalk, CT and Lauren Ellis of Massapequa Park, NY; his brother-in-law, Kevin and Vicki Sterland of Greenwood, WI; nephews, Derek and Blake Sterland of Greenwood, WI;; his aunt, Carol Ellis Liberty of Stamford, CT; several cousins and many good friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 17, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.
