Bruce Eugene Whaley

Bruce Eugene Whaley, age 64, of Gwinnett County GA, entered into Heaven , Sunday, August 7, 2011.He was born May 27th 1947 in Whittier, CA. Bruce was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather and brother. Bruce is survived by his father, Robert E. Whaley of Cumming, GA; mother, Mary Goins Disbrow of Decatur, GA.; wife, Michell Whaley of Gwinnett County GA; children, David Eugene Whaley of Commerce , GA, Stephen Lee Whaley of Carnesville, GA, Douglas William Whaley of Commerce, GA; brothers, Larry, David and Andy; sister, Carol. He also had 7 grandchildren whom he cherished. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 10, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Louis Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday from noon until hour of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to National Lung Association in his memory. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
