Bruce M. Rubin

Bruce M. Rubin, beloved husband, dutiful son, mentoring father and brother. Born to Bernice and David Rubin in Yonkers, N.Y. in May of 1950. Unexpectedly departed this world on the evening of February 9, 2016. Married to Sarah Rubin, father of Elliott, Jesse, Lauren, Madison and Ivey. Bruce possessed great talent, and was a diligently hard worker with an endless ability to provide for those he cherished and a knack for never allowing circumstance nor difficulty to impede on his will to succeed. He will be deeply missed, irrevocably irreplaceable, and endlessly remembered by leaving a great impact on any and all individuals who graced his presence. Bruce enjoyed the simplicity of life in all aspects, a truly loving and earnest man with insight and aspiration that exceeded those of the mass population. A cigar connoisseur, who loved to fish and Sherlock Holmes devotee who began each morning with his daily dose of cartoons. Bruce spent his days constructing a perfect home for not just himself but his family. He and his soul mate, Sarah, lived on their dream farm with a white picket fence along side their puppies and horses. His passion lied within the justice of law with a relentless pursuit for intellectual advancement. He found great success in all areas in which he applied himself and made it his personal mission to mentor and guide those who were in need of his advice. You will never be forgotten Bruce Rubin, and we pledge to you today, a hallowed place within our hearts is where you'll always stay. You will forever be remembered as "THE BEAR" and a "SOMEBODY." A memorial service for family and friends will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 12 2016 at Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, 210 Ingram Avenue, Cumming, GA 30040.
