Candace Lynn Jurgielewicz

Candace Lynn Jurgielewicz, age 69 of Cumming, Ga passed away at home, surrounded by her family, on May 11, 2017. She was born in Washington DC, and was part of an Air Force Family. She traveled extensively during her childhood, and one of her favorite places was England.

She graduated LPN school in 1982, and went on to earn her Associates degree in Nursing. In her early career, she had a love for caring for the neurologically impaired, working in a head and spinal cord injury unit. Later she becaming a Stroke Care Coordinator, and opening a Stroke Care Unit. As her career progressed, she found her passion in working with patients and families at the end of their life, through Hospice care.

She is preceeded in death by her parents, William and Frances Kenney.

Candy is survived by her loving husband, Walter, with whom she shared a wonderful marriage, just shy of 40 years. She is alos survived by six children, 13 grandchildren, 6 great grand children and 2 brothers.

Her life will be celebrated on Monday May 15, 2017 at 3PM at Trinity Worship Center at 315 Kelly Mill Rd, Cumming, GA 30040 (cummingtwc.org | 770-889-7851)
