Carol A. Corbin, 73
Carol A. Corbin of Cumming, Ga went peacefully home to be with the Lord on July 9, 2015 at Embrassing Hospice in Cumming, Ga after a long battle with kidney disease. Born February 8, 1942 she is the daughter of the late Merwin and Lucille Estep of St. Albans, Wv.
Carol, originally from St. Albans, Wv has had a fabulous life traveling and living in St. Louis, Hawaii, before settling in Georgia for the past 20 years. She always enjoyed cooking and socializing with her many friends. Carol was considered by many as a gracious hostess who would always welcome you with open arms and usually some fantastic food.
Carol is survived by her husband of 31 years, Jeff Corbin. Brother Dave Estep and wife Anne of St. Albans, Wv. Daughter, Kelly Combs and husband Chris of Winder, Ga. Son, Scott Stricklen and wife Jessica of Monroe, Ga.
Grandchildren Daniel Stricklen of Suwanee, Ga., Alexis, Logan and Brandilynn Stricklen of Monroe, Ga. who always brought her great joy. Niece, Juli Estep of Myrtle Beach, Sc, nephews, Mark and Brent Estep of St. Albans, Wv.
A Memorial Service will take place July 10, 2015 at Windermere Lodge/Amenities Center in Cumming, Ga. Family accepting friends beginning at 4:30. Memorial begins at 5 followed by a reception.
