Carol Ann Hall Wuthrich

Carol Ann Hall Wuthrich, 74, of Cumming, GA passed away June 8, 2022, after a short battle with cancer. She was born November 10, 1947, in Muskegon, MI to the late Robert and Maribelle Hall. Carol graduated from Muskegon High School in 1965 and attended Muskegon Community College. While living in Muskegon she worked for JC Penney and later worked as a cashier at the Norton Shores Meijer. She married Charles A. Wuthrich II on December 9, 1976. During her marriage, Carol moved several times as Chuck’s work relocated the family. She resided in Michigan, Texas, Georgia, and Indiana throughout their married life. As retirement approached, Carol and Chuck relocated back to Georgia to be near their children and grandchildren. Carol enjoyed working on their houses, decorating, counted-cross stitch, scouring resale and thrift stores for the next treasure she could repurpose, and her cats. In her retirement years, Carol made her way back to Muskegon for several family vacations and had a newfound interest in genealogy and exploring her English and Dutch roots. She worked with her sister and other family members to trace her lineage back to the American Revolution. Through her diligence, she was able to access membership in the Daughters of the American Revolution. Carol was a member of the Chestatee River Chapter NSDAR in Cumming, GA. She was an active member serving as interim secretary and then as a treasurer for the Chapter.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband on February 3, 2015. Surviving are her children, Rhonda (Scott) Byrnes, Pamela Porter (Richard Atkins), all of Cumming, GA, Charles A. (Rachel) Wuthrich III of Indianapolis, IN, Walter Wuthrich (Monique Caruso) of Richardson, TX and Andrew Wuthrich also of Cumming, GA. Carol was a wonderful Nana to her seven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Anyone that knew Carol realized her children and grandchildren were her life. She leaves behind her “bad cats” Josie and Schmittel who were a constant source of amusement and companionship. Carol is also survived by her three sisters, Roberta Hall, and Barbara Hall both of Tucson, AZ and Rose “Clem” (Keith) Hines of El Paso, TX.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
