Carroll W. Cox Jr.

Carroll W. Cox Jr. passed away at home on October 29,2021 in Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia. Carroll was 62 years old and is survived by his wife Lisa Holland Cox of 39 years.

JR and Lisa have 3 children. Caleb & Lindsey Cox of Peachtree City Ga. Jesse Cox and Marianah Cox of Sautee Nacoochee. He is survived by his 2 sisters Donna & James Holcombe and Rebecca & Steve Duffey. Also, his 3 brothers Perry & Monica Jarrell, Rick & Memrie Cox and Jeff Cox. He also had 11 nieces and nephews.

JR was born in Atlanta on April 21, 1959. He lived in the metro Atlanta area for most of his life and worked in transportation logistics around the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. After retiring in 2012, JR enjoyed retirement at home where he kept everyone on their toes. He also loved his 4 dogs Eva, Duna, Lily, and Ollie. They kept him young.

A memorial service is scheduled November 1, 2021, at 1:00 PM, at Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming Georgia.
