Charles N. Cagle, age 92, passed away February 22, 2023, following a brief hospitalization. He was the eldest son of his parents Charlie and Sarah Phillips Cagle and lived all of his life in what is now known as Milton Ga. Like his 11 brothers and sisters he learned at an early age to plow the fields in front of his current home where his family grew delicious vegetables and watermelons.

He was a decorated Korean war veteran where he served as a marksman in the U. S Army and earned the rank of corporal. Following his military service, he built his home in Milton, where he lived in the same house for 67 years.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Sanders Cagle, and his grandson, Clay Cagle.

He is survived by his two sons, Charles N Cagle, Jr, and Tim Cagle (Janie), as well as his grandchildren: Dr. Grace Cagle Smith (Thomas) and Abe Cagle, and siblings Jadar Cagle, Alton Cagle, and Diane Cagle Green.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the C.L.A.Y. Foundation at Citizens Bank of Georgia.
