Charles E. McCormick Jr

Charles E. McCormick, Jr., age 80, of Dawsonville, passed away on March 21, 2015. Charles was a man of God, loving husband, father, and grandfather. Charles loved gardening, photography, animals, and was also a licensed pilot. He is preceded in death by his son, Charles Ellis McCormick and his first wife, Frances B. McCormick. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie M. McCormick; daughter, Julia McCormick (Steve) Kuni of Loganville; step-daughters, Lisa (John) Hayden of Atlanta, Linda (Robin) Weiss of Suwanee; sister, Martha Alice Sweet of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Stephen McCormick Kuni, Jennifer Regan, Hannah Regan; nieces and nephews, Lesley Sholl, Matthew Sweet, Mark Sweet. Memorial services will be held Friday, March 27, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at John's Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Shaun King and Rev. David White officiating.
