Charles Michael McLaughlin

Charles Michael McLaughlin, 69, born January 17, 1951 and passed away Friday, April 03, 2020 in a Hospice facility in Marietta. He had been sick for several months, which he spent hospitalized. Mike was a Cumming resident for the past several years, originally from East Point and graduated from Headland High School, Class of 1969. He was preceded in death by his brother, L. A. (Larry) McLaughlin, Jr., his father L. A. McLaughlin, his brother in law J. Clark Irvin and his mother, Doris A. McLaughlin, all of which are listed in order of loss.

He is survived by his sister, Cheryl M. Irvin of Senoia, his nephew Trey (wife Shannon) Houston of Senoia, his nephew Toby (wife Dawn, daughters Taylor and Kenzie) Houston of Brooks and several cousins in Charleston, S.C. Also, he leaves behind his beloved pet and the love of his life, Baby Girl, his t-cup Yorkie of 13+ years.

Mike's ashes will be buried at College Park Cemetery, beside family members, at a later date.
