Cheyenne Gabrielle Heard

Cheyenne Gabrielle Heard, age 17, of Canton, passed away Friday, September 13, 2013. Cheyenne was a senior at Creekview High School. Her senior project was called Tying up Cancer To Benefit Rodeo Kids with Cancer. Not only was this a senior project, but this spilled over into Cheyenne's personal life. She was a cowgirl who rode horses all her life and loved barrel racing. Cheyenne had a tremendous heart and touched everyone she came in contact with. Cheyenne worked with special needs children, was part of the student body government, and was a member of the Georgia High School Rodeo Team. She was also involved in the Hightower Baptist Church Vacation Bible Study group. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Harold Heard. Survivors include her parents, Jason (Debra) Heard and Nichelle (Tim) Stewart; brothers Justin and Jeb Stewart; sister, Shelby Pritchett; grandparents, Rick & Beth Farr, Jerry and Geraldine Stewart, Gary Spence and Brenda Heard; niece, Madison Stewart; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and other loved ones and friends. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 15, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gerral Richards and Rev. Rudy Tribble officiating. Interment will follow at Hightower Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service.
