Christine “Chris” Lang

Christine “Chris“ Lang 93, of Cumming, GA passed away September 10, 2022.  Chris grew up in Knoxville, TN and attended the University of Tennessee, Mrs. Lang loved to play bridge, play jokes on people, and enjoyed sewing. Chris was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Vedra Shinpaugh; husband Joe Lang in 2020; daughter, Regina Flaherty in 2022. 

Mrs. Lang is survived by her daughter Pam Farris; son and daughter in-law, Mike & Carol Lang; grandchildren, Megan Flaherty, Jeremy Farris, Samantha Lang, Matthew Farris, Andrew Lang.

Patrick Joseph Lang, Jr.  "Joe" passed away March 31, 2020, in Plantation, Florida due to cancer.  He was a loved husband, father and grandfather.  He was born in Miami, Florida, proudly served with the US Navy, and worked as an Electrical Supply Representative.  He was survived by his wife Chris, sister Kathleen, children Regina, Michael, Pamela, and 5 grandchildren Megan, Jeremy, Matthew, Samantha, & Andrew. He will live on in the hearts of those who love him. 

Joint funeral services will be held for Joe & Chris at 11:00 am Friday, September 16, 2022, in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Jett officiating. Inurnment services will be held at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 14, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory
