Christoper Jay McKinlay

Our sweet Christopher (33) quietly and peacefully slipped away from us at his home in Cumming, GA and into the arms of Jesus on Monday, November 29, 2021, surrounded by his family. He was born in Richmond, VA. He was a gentle, quiet soul, unlike any other, special and loved so much in every way. He loved watching football, sitting in the sun, eating good food and hanging out with his siblings. He enjoyed listening to worship music and praising Jesus with his caregiver and best friend, Bessie Andrews.

He is survived by his parents, Stephen McKinlay (Karen) and Susan Crowell (Christopher), grandparents Donald and Donna Frye, siblings, Connor McKinlay, Collin McKinlay, Jonathan McKinlay, Jake Bateman-Crowell, Lauren McKinlay, and Lily Harris and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be held at Ingram Funeral Home 210 Ingram Avenue, Cumming, GA 30040 at 12:00 pm on Saturday, December 4, 2021. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am until time of service.
