Claude (C. J.) Franklin Bradley Jr.

Claude (C.J.) Bradley, Jr., age 92 of Dawsonville, Ga. passed away on Sunday, May 14th, 2023. He was born in McCaysville Ga. in 1930 to Nellie & Claude F. Bradley , Sr.

C. J. was a deacon at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Cumming, Ga. for 44 years. He was very active in the church and his community. He retired from General Motors, Lakewood Plant, after 33 years. He served his country in the Air Force, during the Korean War.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 66 years, Peggy Bradley.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters Edna Harlow, and brother Boddy Bradley.

His children are Deborah (Mike) Roberson, Tony (Terrye) Bradley, and Travis (Tammy) Bradley.  Grandchildren are Shawn Dacus, Nichols Dacus, Levi Bradley, Eric Bradley, Adam Mullis and Eli Bradley, with numerous step-grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, one great-great grandson.

Siblings are Dottie Taylor, Catherine Crawford, Charlie Bradley, along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 11 am at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Sawnee View Gardens. Rev. Bud Sutton, Rev. Joey Gilbert and Rev. Ronnie Bennett officiating.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Ingram Funeral Home from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
