Connie Lee Lewis

Connie Lee Lewis, age 96 of Cumming, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 9, 2015. She was a member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church. Connie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Lewis; parents, Barney and Julie Suggs; brother, Joel Lewis. She is survived by her children, Mae Avery, Frances Barrett, and Ray Lewis; 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 12, 2015, 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Glendon Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Cross Plains Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home, Friday, September 11, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM until the hour of service.
