Daniel Kenneth Gendreau

Daniel Kenneth Gendreau, age 68, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at his home in Duluth, GA, with his daughter Miranda and son Jacob by his side. Dan grew up in Madawaska, Maine and spent the majority of his adult life raising his family in Russellville, Arkansas. He worked at the Arkansas Nuclear One power plant as a mechanical engineer for many years. Though Dan battled multiple medical conditions during his lifetime, he showed his strength and perseverance in facing these challenges with grace and a smile. He enjoyed spending time with his family, volunteering in the community, and cheering on the Red Sox.

He leaves behind his daughter, Miranda, and two sons, Jacob and Anthony; 3 grandchildren - Blake, Brody, and Maryalice; one brother, Harold Gendreau, and two sisters, Karen Libby and Sarah Bignotti. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Yvette Gendreau.

Dan will be honored with a Celebration of Life on Monday, November 13, at 12:00 p.m. at St Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church in Cumming, GA.  Flowers can be delivered to St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the GBS-CIDP Foundation International.
