David Gene Jackson

DAVID GENE JACKSON, 50, of Cumming, Georgia went home to be with the Lord on January 31st, 2011.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Traci Jackson of Cumming, Georgia; daughters, Brandi Jackson, Brittany Jackson, Bethany Jackson and Becca Jackson; grandson, Matthew David Gene Jackson; parents, Nellie and Bill Jackson of Greensboro, Georgia; siblings Clay and Coreen Jackson of Conroe, Texas, Pam Jackson of Worland, WY, Kathy and Mark Mattern of Montgomery, Texas and Melissa Jackson of Houston, Texas; father-in-law Bill Johnson of Sevierville, TN; mother-in-law Carol Audrain of Dahlonega, GA; brother and sister-in-law Kim and Lonnie Bearden; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

David was a loving father, husband and grandfather. He was born in Lubbock, Texas and attended Conroe High School in Conroe, Texas. He worked in the construction industry.

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Friday February 4th, 2011 from the hours of 12 noon until 9pm. A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 5th, 2011 at Abundant Life Church at 2:00PM with Pastor Mark Smith officiating.
