David Isenbarger, 73, of Cumming, GA, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2025. Born and raised in Garrett, IN, David spent the last 25 years in Georgia, where he built a life filled with love, friendship, and cherished memories.
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, David was the cornerstone of his family, radiating joy and warmth to everyone who knew him. He and his wife, Susan, shared 45 wonderful years of marriage, marked by their love of travel, time spent with friends, and the simple pleasures of life together.
David was always an active athlete and lived with passion and purpose. An avid pickleball player, fly fisherman, and boating enthusiast, he embraced every day with enthusiasm and a zest for life. Above all, David treasured time with his family, creating moments that will be lovingly remembered for generations.
Professionally, David excelled as a Director of Sales on a national level. His career was defined by his ability to foster meaningful relationships and his dedication to helping companies thrive.
David is survived by his beloved wife, Susan; his children, Caley Berkeley (Geoff) of Cumming, GA, and Gregory Isenbarger (Liza) of Missoula, MT; and his adored granddaughters, Avery and Parker Berkeley; sister-in-law, Pat Pavey; brothers in-law Bill Lawless, Wayne Cunningham and Fred Hall. He was also an admired uncle to all his nieces and nephews. His legacy of kindness, love, and vitality lives on through them.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Isenbarger; his sister Roxanne Hall and sister-in-law, Lisa Cunningham.
A celebration of David's life will be held at a later date.
David will be profoundly missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire us to live fully, love deeply, and embrace life as he did.
