Dianna Lee Mumpower

Dianna Lee Mumpower, 44, of Cumming, GA, passed away on December 13, 2021 after a brief battle with glioblastoma (brain cancer).

Dianna and her twin sister Dejuan were born on June 5, 1977 to Dagmar (Busse) and Terry Lee in Atlanta, GA. After graduating from Jonesboro High School in 1996, she first attended Toccoa Falls College then went on to earn a B.A. in German from Mercer University and a B.S. in Exercise Science from Georgia State University.

After graduation, she pursued a career in the Health Science field and was employed as a Health Coach by Espyr in Marietta, GA until being diagnosed with glioblastoma.

Dianna loved reading, cooking, cupcakes, horror movies, the color purple, cats, owls, and all things German. She loved to travel and taught English in South Korea in 2010. Being a Health Coach was not just her job, it was her passion. She genuinely cared about people and aspired to help them become healthier by exploring healthy eating habits and exercise. Dianna loved spending time with family and friends. More than anything, Dianna loved the Lord with all her heart and soul.

Dianna was predeceased by her mother, Dagmar Busse Lee. She is survived by her father, Terry Lee of Cumming, her twin sister Dejuan Lee (Traci Nodzak) of Canton, and her brother Mike (Diana) Lee of Bischofsheim, Germany.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 17, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Ingram Funeral Home, 210 Ingram Avenue, Cumming, GA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Thursday, December 16, 2021 and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM prior to the service on Friday.
