Dianne Purcell Johnson

Dianne Purcell Johnson, age 77, of Cumming, GA, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021. Dianne was a member of Coal Mountain Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. She loved life, her family, and friends. She was very talented, crafty, and skilled in many different activities. Dianne was truly a complete lady. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Thelma Purcell, and brothers, Lamar and Tommy Purcell.

She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Horace Johnson; children, Tim (Sandra) Clark, Anthony (Karen) Johnson, Amy (Less) Hatch; siblings, Jo Purcell, Rebecca Dowling, Judy Lewis, Denise Purcell, Helen Loggins, Sally Eckard, and Patti Shoemake; grandchildren, Jeremy (Katie) Clark, Joshua Clark, and Natalie Cabe; great grandchildren, Jay Clark, and Aura Lynn; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
