Don E. Davis

Don E. Davis, age 79, of Cumming, passed away January 2, 2011. Don was a member, deacon and organist at Antioch Baptist Church. He was a member of the Matt Lodge #694 FAM, a Shriner and an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Betty Davis of Cumming; children, Donna and Jon Moskal of Acworth, Rev. Stephen and Connie Davis of Cumming, Jason Davis of Cumming; grandchildren, Matthew, Brittany, Cayla, Luke, Leanna, Larissa, Blake and Jesse; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Travis Bridgeman and Rev. Stephen Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Monday from 6:00 until 9:00 pm, Tuesday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Wednesday from 12:00 noon until hour of service. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
