Donna Joyce Coffron died on February 7, at age 103, at the Oaks on Post Road, Cumming, Georgia. She was born to Walter and Pearl Pennell on November 30, 1920, in Litchfield, Minnesota.
She married her late husband Willard (Bil) Charles Coffron December 30, 1938 and enjoyed sharing his life and career with him and their four children.
She was an artist in her youth and filled her many homes with her beloved paintings. She also loved to write "jingles" about her advanced years and her take on life as she aged. Gardening until age 98 and birds were a passion, bird watching was always right outside her window. Intelligent, entertaining, and witty would best describe her. Her advice for longevity was to "always roll with the punches life sends to you", and exercise in any form you can.
She is predeceased by her husband Willard Charles Coffron, her daughter Nancy Jean Coffron (Sack), her son Willard (Bill) Charles Coffron, Jr., and her grandson Jason Ross Tremonti. She is survived by her children Barbara Lyn Kolarik, Marcia Gail Tremonti and her husband Dennis Michael Tremonti; her daughter-in-law, Jeanne Blythe Coffron, her grandchildren David Lawrence Sack(Kelly), Eric Michael Sack(Monica), Jana Lyn Kolarik(Mark), Brian Daniel Kolarik(Robin), Tracy Jeanne Cook(Mark), Steven Charles Coffron(Caroline), and Christine Coffron Leonard Roger), Dennis Michael Tremonti, Jr(Kristin); her great grandchildren Blythe Isabelle Turner, Jack Coffron Turner, William Joel Turner, Parker Vincent Sack, Casler Jean Sack, Davin Michael Sack, Archer Milan Anderson, Avery Lyn Anderson, Charlotte Blythe Coffron, Lucille McCain Coffron, Ella Nicole Tremonti, Hunter Ross Tremonti, Elliot Coffron Leonard, and Wyatt Charles Leonard.
There will be no memorial service, Donna’s family will be taking her to Virginia to be buried alongside her husband Bill.
