Doris Ann Waters

Doris Ann Waters, 76, of Cumming, GA, entered into the arms of Jesus on June 16, 2023. Doris was born on November 21, 1946, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late David and Esther (née Whitehead) Holler. Doris graduated from Frankford High School in 1964.

While primarily a stay-at-home mom, Doris also acted as an unofficial administrative assistant for her husband, and also worked in the cafeteria and drove a bus for her son's school. She also was involved in many volunteer activities, particularly with her church.

Preceding Doris is her husband, Barry Waters. Survivors include her son, Brendt (Hope) Waters; “bonus” daughter, Mimi Ihm; grandson, William (Melissa) Flanders; great-granddaughter, Zelma Flanders; sister, Lois (Harry) Zimmerman; and many nieces and nephews, and their families, whom he loved.

In lieu of flowers,  the family requests that a donation be made in memory of Doris Waters to the Killian Hill Baptist Church Missions Program.
