Dorothy Bell Watson, age 87, of Cumming passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2012. She was a member of Coal Mountain Baptist Church and a lifelong resident of Forsyth County. Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Emmett Watson; parents, Early and Addie Samples Wheeler; siblings, Myrtle Wheeler Morris, Annell Hansard Payne, Ben Wheeler, Howard Wheeler, Hubert Wheeler, Blanche Wheeler, Bonnie Wheeler, Effie Mae Wheeler, Johnny Wheeler, Marcus Wheeler; and son-in-law, Vernon L. Strickland. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Larry E. (Jean) Watson, Don R. (Linda) Watson; daughter, Flora Jean Watson Strickland all of Cumming; son and daughter-in-law, David H. (Melanie) Watson of Marietta; grandchildren, Phil Watson, Shane (Pam) Watson, Mike Watson, Sandra (Rick) Bellocchio, Scott (Meshka) Bailey, Lance (Heather) Strickland, Karen (Clint) Underwood, Matt Watson; 9 great grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 3rd at 3:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Anthony Bailey, Rev. Robert Martin and Rev. Ruel Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm till 9:00 pm Saturday from 9:00 am until hour of service.
