Douglas Proctor Kalish

Douglas P. Kalish, age 72, died December 17 at his home in Atlanta after a short illness. He was a Detroit MI native, and an Olivet College graduate. Doug retired several years ago after a successful career as a Human Resources Director.

Most recently, Doug was enjoying his second career in the movie industry. He can be seen in "Last Vegas" and was most proud of his work in the soon to be released "The Music of Eric Zhan."

Doug led a full and active life. He was exceptionally talented and creative. He loved to fish; he loved his "Parker" friends; he loved his family. He will be dearly missed.

Doug is survived by his wife, Nancy, his two children Kimberly Kalish Egan and Darren Kalish, and two step children Rene and Ray Heflin. He also leaves much beloved grandchildren Michelle Egan, Matthew Egan, Noble Kalish, and Cole and Reed Heflin.
