Elaine McClain

Iris Elaine McClain, age 57, passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on Friday, January 26, 2018. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on March 13, 1960, to the late Winton and Nellie (Aaron) McClain. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her step-father, Rev. Thomas L. Burdett.

Elaine is survived by her sisters, Faye (Daniel) Baxley of Westmoreland, Tennessee, Julie (Dan) Thom of Canton, Ohio, and Corliss (Rick Williams) Hicks of Milton, Georgia; an uncle, aunts, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at Hopewell Baptist Church in Milton, Georgia with Rev. Lee Gaddis and Rev. Bud Sutton officiating. Interment in Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery.
