Elden Royer, a resident of Cumming, Georgia, 83 years old entered into rest October 25, 2022.
Elden Royer has been in the construction business for over 65 years. He started as a carpenter, moved onto becoming a superintendent, and owned his own business. He began his business in Ortonville, MI in 1968. He was formerly the vice-president of Richard Royer, Inc. from 1959 to 1968. Elden loved his church and was a large contributor to his church through the years. He believed in having a relationship with Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior. He was a very generous man to those in need and especially he would do anything he could for his family.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy Royer, his children Dorothea (Joe) Volrath, Darold Royer and Doyle (Shelli) Royer. His grandchildren Melissa (Kent) Bowen and Matthew (Whitney) Royer. His great grandchildren Jaxson & McKenzie Bowen and Madison Royer. His step grandchildren Mary Ankenbauer and Michael Volrath. His step great grandchildren Lauren, James and Charlie Ankenbauer. His brother Lee (Debbie) Royer.
Per request of the family no services will be held. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to International Gospel Outreach in Smyrna, GA in Elden’s name (under special offerings). https://www.igochurch.com/donate
