Evelyn C. Tribble

Evelyn Cox Tribble of Cumming, Georgia went to heaven on October 9, 2024. She was born on August 23, 1927 in Canton, Georgia to Benjamin Claude Cox and Lunnie Mae Eaton Cox. Evelyn was a beloved wife and mother, a registered nurse, member of Friendship Baptist Church and a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her mother and father, her husband, Glenn Tribble, her daughter, Deborah Ruth, her sister, Claudine Cox Fernandez, and her brother, Benjamin Harold Cox.

Survivors include her children Terrell Tribble (wife Patty), Kathy Terrell (husband Dennis) and son-in-law Robert Ruth; grandchildren Julie Garcia (husband Carlos), Brian Ruth (wife Mindy), Andrew Tribble (wife Runa), Alexandra Terrell, Chistopher Tribble, and Peyton Terrell; and great grandchildren Alexander Tribble, Charlie Garcia, and Lucas Tribble.

Visitation will be at 11 am on Monday, October 14, 2024 at Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, Georgia. The funeral will be at 1pm on October 14, 2024 at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel and will include an Eastern Star escort. Burial will be at Sawnee View Gardens in Cumming following the funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Friendship Baptist Church (P.O. Box 3180, Cumming, GA 30028) or to the Cumming Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star (in care of Marilyn Welch, 4455 Longmont Drive, Cumming, Georgia 30028).
