Floyd Calvin O'Bryant

Floyd Calvin O'Bryant, age 78 of Free Home, passed away Monday, March 14th, 2022.  Floyd was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the Vietnam war where he received a bronze star and many other awards for his service.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather; he will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his loving wife Pat O'Bryant of Free Home; daughter Michelle Simmons, grandchildren Leah Simmons and Connor Simmons of Milton; sisters and brothers, Thena Mae Satterfield of Cumming, Dot and husband Terry Clark of Gainesville, John and wife Peggy O'Bryant of Woodstock, Loyd and wife Betty O'Bryant of Free Home, sister in law Unsuk Park O'Bryant of Free Home, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 17th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at New Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Pete Martin and Rev. Johnny Purcell officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 16th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service.

Interment will follow at Macedonia Memorial Park
