Frances Annette Couch Elrod of Cumming, GA passed away on August 13, 2013 at the age of 74. Memorial services will be held on Monday, August 19th at 2:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with her nephew, The Rev. Dr. Rob Couch, officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until the time of the service. Fran (Annette) is the daughter of the late Furman Hill and Bertha Milner Couch she was born in Winfield AL, moved to Atlanta in 1959 where she met and married Jerry to begin a life together. They started a successful business, Elrod's Draperies, together, at the same time they started a family. She was a talented designer in the drapery industry. Frances was an avid Bridge Player from Party Bridge to tournaments, she was a member of the ACBL and played duplicate bridge for many years. She was well known in Roswell and Cumming area as a very giving person. She will be deeply missed by all. She is preceded in death by her husband Jerry Lee Elrod Sr. Who died in March 2013. She is survived by her children Lee Elrod Jr. (Gretchen) of Norcross, Casey Mangum (Skip) of Cumming, Amy Perdew (Rick) of Cumming; her grandchildren, Hunter and Ashlyn Mangum, Rachel and Justin Perdew and her brother, Dr. Robert Hill Couch of Auburn, AL.
