Gary Lee McClelland

Our dear Gary, age 68, passed away in the care of his family in Atlanta, GA on July 23, 2021.

Gary was born in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Mr. and Mrs. William and Rosemary McClelland. He is survived by his spouse, Anthony Scott Whitehouse and his sister Linda McClelland Thomson.

Gary graduated with a business degree from the University of Arkansas and was always a true Hog Fan. He worked for many years at Equifax with colleagues he saw as friends. A man of strong social and moral character, Gary created a large extended family of friends that expanded from Arkansas to Texas and Georgia.

A memorial service and celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on July 31st at St. Mark United Methodist Church, 781 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308. It was Gary's wish that in lieu of flowers, memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to St. Mark United Methodist Church in Atlanta, GA or Resurrection MCC in Houston, Texas .
