George Steven Benson

George Steven Benson, beloved husband, father, grandfather, educator, and community leader, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022, after a brief illness at the age of 71.

Steve was preceded in death by parents George and Betty Benson, and brother Jimmy (Vickie) Benson.

Survived by wife of 51 years, Patsy Benson, brother Ben Benson (Ronda) and sister Gayle Funes, children Stefanie (Bruce) Corey, Kyle (Laurie) Benson, and Kerry (Tracy) Benson, and grandchildren Victoria, Thomas, Steven, Dylan, Taylor, Kayla, and Piper.

Visitation will be held at Ingram Funeral Home on January 17th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 9:00 pm and January 18th 2:00 to 4:00 pm with the service to follow.
