George Tillman Vickery

George Tillman Vickery, age 79 of Cumming, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2012. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Ginger Vickery. Survivors include his wife Mary Jo Reed Vickery; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Connie Vickery, Michael and Lisa Vickery; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Dana McPherson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Grover and Thelma Vickery, Ray and Willie Mae Vickery, Ricky and Jean Vickery; 6 granddaughters; 2 great grandsons; 1 great granddaughter. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 19th at 11:00 am at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Sanders, Rev. Ray Berry and Rev. Dana McPherson officiating. Interment will follow in Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA on Monday, May 21st at 12:00 noon. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Thursday from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am until hour of service.
