Gerald (Gerry) W. Bertucci

Gerald (Gerry) W. Bertucci, formerly of Cumming GA, passed away on Thursday, Sept 2, 2021.

Gerry was born Nov. 11, 1940, in Highwood IL, the son of the late Alfred J. Bertucci and Anne M. (Pedroni) Bertucci. He was married to Maria G. (Torres) Bertucci.

Gerry was a 1958 graduate of Highland Park High School and graduated college from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL.

He worked in many capacities in his 34 Year career at Texaco Oil Company. At retirement, he was the VP of Marketing.

He was an avid reader, enjoyed working out, and loved to travel. But, what he valued and treasured the most was his family and friends. He was the epidemy of a Great Family Man and did everything in his power to provide, care for and support his family in every capacity. His wife, Maria G. Bertucci, was the love of his life, his partner, and his best friend. They spent 35 amazing years together.

Gerry is survived by his wife, Maria G. Bertucci, of Cumming GA; two daughters, Wendy (Al) Urcuyo, of Miami FL; Michelle (Gary) Fragle, of Milton, GA; a son, Alan Bertucci, of Cumming, GA; a brother, Ronald (Peggy) Bertucci, Omaha NE; and three grandchildren, Paolo Bertucci, Leonie Bertucci, and Beau Fragle.
