Gladys Lou Smith

Gladys Lou Smith, age 75, of Dawsonville, GA, passed away on May 18, 2022.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Grace Land; husband, William Lee Smith; brothers, Leroy and Rupert Land; cousin, Stoney Land.

She is survived by her children, Betty Simonds, Steve Smith, Judy Wallace, Peggy Braswell; 2 brothers, Cecil and J.C. Land; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 22, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, May 21, 2022, from the hours of 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., and again on Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
