Glenna Sue McGinnis Holbrook

Glenna Sue McGinnis Holbrook, 81, of Cumming passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024 after a brief illness. She was retired from the Internal Revenue Service and was a member of Bethelview United Methodist Church. Glenna is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Billie McGinnis and her husband, Mac Holbrook, to whom she was engaged at 14 years old.

Survivors include her sons, Mark (Donna) Holbrook of Dudley, GA, David Holbrook of Cleveland, GA; grandsons, Hayden Holbrook, Trent (Kaylie) Norton, Austin (Katie) Bush; great grandsons, Henry and Hal Bush; brother-in-law, Lamar (JoAnn) Holbrook; sister-in-law, Joyce (Buddy) Yarbrough; longtime friends, Rodolfo and Olivia Medina; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends. 

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 26, at 2:00 p.m. at Bethelview United Methodist Church with Rev. Danny Ray Martin officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
